While our signature pita bowls mostly comprise chicken, steak, or gyro, we do offer falafel as a vegetarian option. You can try the Franklin from our signature pita bowl range. It comprises falafel with your choice of greens with tomato, onions, cucumber, and feta with tzatziki or hummus. You can also opt for a different choice of veggies.

If you want to order a healthy poke bowl, all you need to do is switch out the bowl’s ingredients and its toppings according to your preference. For example, if you are on a low-carb diet, you can replace white rice with your choice of greens as the base and stay away from SPICY MAYO AND EEL SAUCE! For the proteins, since seafood has fewer calories, you can add tuna, salmon, crab, or even tofu. Next, add plenty of vegetables and choose a low-calorie sauce. We currently have two locations in Tucson, with our third location coming soon to Tanque Verde. One of our restaurants is located at 845 E University Blvd, making us the go-to University of Arizona restaurant, and the other is located in Northwest Tucson at 3820 W River Road. Our newest location will be opening soon at 6540 E. Tanque Verde Road.
